hey!
i download such green gloves on fpsbanana.com i saved it under C:/Programms/Steam/SteamApps/my acc/cstrike it doesnt work i have one vmt.file and two vtf.files but i need this two vmt.files do u know maybe what i could do

if u got vmt files u might wanna put them in ur materials folder (sorry i cant be of much more help i never install skins XD) and if u downloaded it and u dont got 2 of each then it either doesnt need 2 of each or the uploader did it wrong :p

the materials folder includes all your .vtf and .vmt files. Models include the model files. Just drag and drop the materials and models folder to your cstrike folder. You dont need two .vmt files. You got 2 .vtf files because one of them is the texture and the other one is the normal/bump map texture.
