|  Picture is from www.zombiemod.com since im to lazy to make a screenshot myself Now to get this ingame display all you gotta do is download this fileand unpack it in your resource folder (i.e. "X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\ \counter-strike source\cstrike\resource" Where X is ur harddrive letter and is your username ^^)
Once you installed the file restart Counter strike source and play
Note: This only works with zombiemod 2.0 and up so with normal gaming you wont have 2 health bars

| Download link broken just go to the zombiemod forums and download it there(link in bottom of the first post)
